No, we usually monitor the flight status before dispatching the vehicle. If your flight gets delayed before the vehicle’s dispatch, and this delay information is on the airline’s website, we won’t charge you. If the flight lands on time but gets delayed on the runway, we grant a waiting time of 30 minutes on domestic flights and 45 minutes on international flights. Beyond this time, waiting charges will begin.
